Let's build a fort!

So, Mike and I decided to build a fort in our living room just to mix things up a little bit. :) Some people may argue that we are not acting our age, I fully agree! How boring it will be when we actually grow up, I hope it never happens! It is one of the wonderful parts of life when we can really live in the moment. The simple moments are the ones I cherish the most. We are so blessed to have each other and the opportunity to be together forever! We have time to grow up so why rush it?

Tulip Festival!

Today we went to the Tulip Festival at the Gardens at Thanksgiving Point. We had so much fun! I love flowers, especially the bright colored ones. It was amazing to see how beautiful it was there. I decided that in heaven there will definitely be a lot of flowers!

School, school, and more school!

I noticed that I haven't had another post since May, so it's about time! Mike and I are staying really busy. Mike is in the Junior Core of the Accounting Program and I am in my First Cohort of the Elementary Education Program. Most of the time, we are either studying, eating, studying, sleeping, studying, working, or studying. Mike is really good at focusing for long amounts of time, but I realized that I am not! Anyways, school is practically our life right now. Nothing too exciting.

The Beginning

We were married for time and all eternity on May 10, 2008 in the Mount Timpanogus Temple! This was the most important day in our lives up to this point. It was so special to be able to seal our love forever. We are so thankful for the blessing of temples and for the opportunity we have to enter into the house of the Lord! It is so comforting to have the knowledge that families can be together forever because of Heavenly Father's Plan for his children. We were surrounded by beloved family and friends to support us at the temple on this sacred day and the new beginning of our lives together!
